We are both dog trainers and human coaches, dedicated to opening clear lines of communication with your dog, so that you can take your canine companion on your next adventure.
Training System
Here at K9 Azimuth, we believe that one of the most effective and consistent dog trainers for your dog is you. This is why we exclusively offer private lesson packages. Our goal is to empower our students to understand dog psychology, foster a positive attitude in their dogs through training, and teach owners how to effectively coach their canine companions in our modern world.
Online Learning
We are one of a few certified affiliates to produce and team up with the online learning platform Work Your Pack. Being a certified affiliate allows us to offer enhanced online dog training courses that are both educational and engaging, providing valuable content before formal lessons even begin.

How training at K9 Azimuth works:

What we Offer

We book a total of four private lesson package clients a month, whether online or in-person.

All in-person private lessons are held on Saturdays in Clinton MT.

Lesson time blocks range from: 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, and 3pm-5pm on Saturdays ONLY.

Expect each lesson time to range from an hour to two hours.

Each private lesson package includes 4 lessons spread out a week apart for four weeks straight.

All private lesson students will begin on the 1st Saturday of the month and end the 4th Saturday of the month.

All students are expected to purchase corresponding WYP Courses and gear before 1st lesson.

How to Enroll

Every student completes a free over the phone training evaluation—This way we can best fit your needs and tailor your private lesson experience. To set up your free training evaluation, go to our contact form on our contact us page, or send us an email at: Info@k9Azimuth.com.

Once you have completed your over the phone training evaluation and have signed up for a lesson block time on Saturdays—you will be emailed a welcome package.

Welcome email will include the corresponding Work Your Pack course that you must purchase, enroll in, and begin watching at home before 1st lesson.

The welcome email will also include: paperwork, location for lessons, what to bring with you to lessons, links for equipment to purchase, and proof of vaccination records.

When Training Starts!

Training will begin at home when you sign up with Work Your Pack and start watching down the corresponding course work!

We will go over concepts more in depth during lesson times, teach specific training drills to be working on during the week before each lesson, and tailor nuanced instruction for what to be working on with your individual dog’s needs.

Students will be required to complete the online course work before lesson time, send a minimum of two videos a week training their dog at home (these videos will be reviewed either before or during lesson times), purchase all equipment needed for their lesson, and students are expected to train during the week before each lesson.
